Check-in is done at Noi Bai Airport (for Hanoi departures) and Tuan Chau Marina (for Halong Bay departures). Please refer to your ticket for the exact location.

We accept a passport (for international travelers) or a valid government-issued ID (for Vietnamese citizens).

Each passenger is allowed 7kg of carry-on luggage and 20kg of checked baggage. Excess baggage fees may apply.
