When booking a seaplane flight with HAA, passengers must provide the following details:

- Full name(s) as shown on passport
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Passport number and expiry date
✅ Flight & Travel Details:
- Passenger weight and luggage weight
- Pick-up & drop-off information (time & address) (if applicable)
- Final destination (Hotel/Cruise) (if applicable)
- Contact mobile phone for emergency
✅ Additional Contacts:
- Booker or tour guide name and mobile phone (if applicable)
- Connecting flight details (if applicable)
✅ Special Requests:
• Any special assistance needed or important personal requirements (if applicable)
Weight Restrictions & Extra Seat Policy
As our aircraft have limited seating capacity (12 passenger seats), the actual weight of passengers and luggage significantly affects flight load calculations. In compliance with CAAV (Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam) recommendations, we require passengers to provide accurate weight details.
Important Policy for Passengers Over 110 kg:
For the comfort and safety of all passengers, we require individuals exceeding 110 kg (242 lbs) to purchase an extra seat.
